JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receive & coordinate customer service calls for technicians.
  • Schedule return trips to customers when parts are available.
  • Clear & concise communications with customers & fellow employees.
  • Maintain customer database with current information.
  • Prepare service invoices for billable calls & contracts.
  • Assist with parts & warehouse logistics.
